How to prepare palm-nut soup.

 First of all, I cut the meat and I wash it well and I put in a saucepan, after that, I put some natural spices like ( Onion, pepper , salt and water  and etc on it, And I train it in to the meat  in the saucepan and allow it to boil,  After that, i skim off the excess oil from the top of the soup, and when it finish boiling it serve with fufu.
